Christian & Small Welcomes Tevin D. Wallace as Newest Associate in the Birmingham, AL Office

Christian & Small is pleased to welcome Tevin D. Wallace as the newest associate in the Firm’s Birmingham office. Tevin’s practice focuses on litigation with an emphasis on construction, insurance, product liability, and transportation. He is a native of Birmingham, Alabama, and his commitment to the practice of law is rooted in both family tradition and personal experience. As the son of an attorney and a third-generation law school graduate, he developed an early appreciation for advocacy, professionalism, and community service.

A lifelong member of the Our Lady of Sorrows community, Tevin attended Our Lady of Sorrows School from pre-kindergarten through eighth grade and remains a member of Our Lady of Sorrows Church. He later graduated from Homewood High School and then attended Auburn University, where he earned his B.A. in Political Science in 2021. While at Auburn, he served as Vice President of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity and held various roles in the Student Government Association, experiences that strengthened his leadership skills and commitment to service.

Tevin earned his Juris Doctor from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law, where he continued to lead as Chief Justice of the Honor Court and President of the Federalist Society. He is a member of the Birmingham Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar Association, and the Phoenix Club of Birmingham, where he serves as co-vice president of public events.
