Christian & Small is pleased to announce that Conner G. Sorrells has joined the firm as the newest associate in its Birmingham, Alabama, office. Conner’s practice focuses on commercial and business litigation and he represents businesses, insurers, and professionals in a wide range of disputes, including contract claims, business torts, and other complex civil matters. Prior to joining Christian & Small, Conner served as a congressional intern and practiced as an associate at a civil defense firm.
Conner is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, and the Birmingham Bar Association. He is an active member in his community through the Phoenix Club of Birmingham and coaching youth football.
Conner earned his J.D. from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law in 2025. While at Cumberland, Conner was a member of the National Trial Team and served in several leadership roles, including Justice on the Honor Court and Treasurer of both the Trial Advocacy Board and the Alabama Student Bar Association. In addition, he was a Fellow of the Mass Tort Made Perfect Program. Conner graduated from the University of Alabama with B.S. in Economics in 2022.
