Christian & Small LLP is pleased to announce that J. Chase Bryan has joined the firm as a Partner in its Jackson, Mississippi office. Bryan regularly represents clients in matters across a spectrum of legal issues, though he is generally focused on banking, finance, commercial litigation, construction law, environmental/toxic tort, catastrophic injury, personal injury, general liability and insurance litigation, and financial services litigation.

Bryan brings more than 30 years of experience to Christian & Small, representing banks, major corporations, contractors, project owners, and insurance clients in litigation matters as lead counsel in litigation across the Southeast. He served as the President of the Ridgeland Chamber of Commerce from 2020-to 2022. He is listed in Best Lawyers in America® in the areas of Environmental and Commercial Litigation 2013-2022, is ranked as a Top Rated Business Litigation Attorney by Super Lawyers®, and is AV® rated by Martindale Hubbell.
Bryan is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Mississippi and is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association. He received his undergraduate degree in history from the University of Mississippi and went on to earn his J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law where he served as research editor for the Mississippi Law Journal.
