Christian & Small partner, Duncan Y. Manley, will be a featured speaker at the 2013 Primerus Global Conference held October 24-October 27, 2013 in Asheville, North Carolina. Mr. Manley will speak on the topic of Incivility in Litigation: Causes and Possible Cures.
Mr. Manley has been active in The International Society of Primerus Law Firms serving as the chairman of the Primerus Defense Institute from 2004 to 2007. He was named Chair Emeritus in 2007, a position he currently holds. In 2011, Mr. Manley was a presenter at the Primerus Defense Institute Annual Convocation.
