John Johnson, partner with Christian & Small, co-authored an article with Robert Shaughnessy, Vice President of Claims for Southern Pioneer Property & Casualty Insurance Co., which has been published in the 2014 Spring issue of Litigation Management magazine. The article, “Surprise! Policy Non-Compliance with Financial Responsibility Regulations,” addresses the less familiar financial responsibility regulations that govern issuance of certain business licenses and problems that may arise in litigation when policies issued to licensees are non-compliant with these regulations.
