Christian & Small is pleased to announce that Rachel J. Moore, a partner in the firm’s Birmingham office, has been named a Fellow of the Alabama Law Foundation. Fellows provide leadership and support for the Alabama Foundation’s programs that promote access to justice. No more than 1% of bar members may become Fellows; therefore, the selection committee invites into fellowship an exceptional group of lawyers who have demonstrated their dedication to improving their communities and state.
Managing Partner Greer B. Mallette commented, “We are proud Rachel is being recognized for her hard work and dedication to the legal profession and our community.” Moore joins Christina May Bolin and Sharon D. Stuart as Fellows of the Alabama Law Foundation.
The Alabama Law Foundation established the Fellows program in 1995 to honor bar members who have made a significant contribution to their profession and their community. The Charter Fellows were past presidents of the Alabama State Bar and the Alabama Law Foundation.
At Christian & Small, Moore is an accomplished attorney with more than 25 years of legal experience. She practices in the areas of commercial, banking, and construction litigation, and in appellate work. She holds an AV® Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell and is recognized by Best Lawyers in America® in the fields of commercial litigation, construction law, and litigation – construction.
