Greer Mallette serves as managing partner and focuses his practice on real estate, construction, and business litigation matters. He advises small business owners regarding their rights, duties, and obligations, and has litigated claims of shareholder oppression, squeeze out, and breach of fiduciary duties. He works with banks, title companies, and other property owners on matters related to commercial contracts, leases, loan closings and resolves real estate problems, such as title and boundary disputes.

In his construction and real estate practice Greer has handled numerous matters involving stormwater runoff, environmental nuisance, trespass, as well as construction defects. Combined with this experience, Greer uses his past experience as the Safety and Environmental Director for a large waste disposal company prior to his legal career, and his Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources, to assist clients facing OSHA and safe workplace issues.

Greer frequently lectures on property litigation matters and understands that part of providing zealous representation is looking beyond the dispute at hand and focusing on the client’s broader business needs and goals. Some of the most valuable counsel he provides to Christian & Small clients is helping them pick and choose the battles worth fighting in the context of their business goals.
