David B. Walston, Charlie M. Shah and Leslie A. Allen spoke to members of the Greater Birmingham Apartment Association and the Greater Birmingham Association of Landscape Professionals.
The presentation focused on the recent Beason-Hammon Alabama Taxpayer and Citizen Protection Act and its current impact on business including private contracts, public entities, the federal E-Verify program, employment, the I-9 process, and what can and cannot be enforced at this time.
