Claire Epps

Claire is an associate in the Birmingham office and represents clients in civil litigation, primarily focusing on insurance defense, transportation and construction disputes, and professional and premises liability. Claire is from Huntsville, Alabama, and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alabama, where she received a degree in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy. While at the University, Claire was an Honors College and Kappa Delta sorority member. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law. In law school, Claire was an editor of the Law & Psychology Review and a member of the Bench and Bar Legal Honor Society member. She also served on the Moot Court Board and as the Public Interest Student Board Secretary.

When she is not in the office, Claire is likely spending time with her friends and family, listening to a podcast, or watching reality TV shows. She is always open to recommendations for good books and new Pilates studios.
