This session addresses the newest claims being asserted and how carriers are responding.”
During the Friday, Jan. 24 session, Smith moderated a panel, “Ethics: Not So Fast! Know the Hidden Risks in Client Terms and Conditions,” that included Sarah Yehle Fulkerson of Saint Luke’s Health System in Kansas City, Mo., and Maggie Moore of Edward Jones in Saint Louis.
