LaBella Alvis has a strong passion for going to court and has been doing so for more than 30 years. In addition to handling trucking and aviation matters, She has experience with products liability, professional liability, liquor liability and coverage cases. Her professional liability work includes hundreds of EEOC and employment liability claims, medical malpractice defense, construction/architect liability, and Civil Rights litigation alleging violations under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Alvis brings an extra dimension to liquor liability claims due to her experience as a certified ABC Board vendor trainer. She is currently serving a two-year term on the Alabama State Bar Board of Bar Commissioners, representing District 10.
