Christian & Small is proud to congratulate partner David Faulkner on winning the Republican nomination for Jefferson County Circuit Court Judge Place 6. David will face Democrat Don Blankenship in the November 6 general election. Circuit Court Place 6 is a six-year term handling civil cases filed in the Birmingham division.
According to David, “My experience, my character and my values are what people want in their judges. I feel this is what I am called to do. I see being a judge as a public service, and I’ve always had a heart for public service.”
