Christian & Small is pleased to announce that Mobile Partner Christina May Bolin has been invited to be a Fellow with the Construction Lawyers Society of America (CLSA), an invitation-only honorary society for construction lawyers. Christina will be inducted at the September CLSA International Conference in Charleston, South Carolina.
Christina leads Christian & Small’s Mobile/Baldwin County office, where she defends individuals, businesses, and insurers against lawsuits and liability claims, while helping clients develop strategic solutions to legal disputes and litigation risks. She routinely manages construction defects and related claims, representing both large national contractors and local contractors and subcontractors. She has dealt with environmental damage, construction defects, mold, hurricanes, and product claims concerning commercial buildings, government buildings, condominiums, and residential properties.
Christina is licensed to practice in Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, Tennessee, and New York. She is a Fellow of the Alabama Law Foundation and the American College of Coverage Counsel. She is recognized by Benchmark Litigation, The Best Lawyers in America®, and Mid-South Super Lawyers. She is a recipient of the Windstorm Insurance Network’s (WIND) President’s Award and served as the organization’s President in 2022.
CLSA Fellows are selected and invited into the Fellowship after being evaluated for their effectiveness and accomplishments in the field of construction law, as well as their ethical reputation. The number of full Fellowships is intentionally limited, allowing qualifications, diversity, and inclusion to align effectively. Fellows typically hold partner or shareholder positions or are independent practitioners with at least ten years of experience.
