Gaby Reeves Appointed To Serve As Director for ADLA District IV

Christian & Small is pleased to announce that Gaby Reeves has been appointed to serve as Director for Alabama Defense Lawyers Association (ADLA) District IV. Gaby has served as Editor of the ADLA Journal since 2017. Gaby is Of Counsel in the firm’s Mobile office and has been practicing law in Alabama since 1999. She focuses her practice on general civil litigation with a concentration on first-party insurance, personal injury, and premises liability defense litigation. Her experience includes representing both corporations and individuals in trial and appellate work, and she holds an AV® Preeminent Peer Review Rating and an AV® Preeminent Judicial Division Rating from Martindale-Hubble.

The goal of ADLA is to create an environment for civil defense lawyers that facilitates working collectively and sharing resources and is open to those who spend the majority of their professional time handling civil defense cases. In addition to the Secretary/Treasurer, President-Elect, and President, ADLA is governed by a board consisting of two directors for each of the four geographic districts. Christian & Small attorneys now fill two of those eight spots with M. Jansen Voss also serving as a District Director. Christian & Small has been involved in and supported ADLA since its inception in 1964. Past ADLA Presidents include Christian & Small attorneys Bibb Allen, Edgar M. Elliott, III, Thomas Christian, Helen Alford, Sharon Stuart, and Christina May Bolin.
