Attorneys Robert E. Cooper and Abbott Marie Jones obtained summary judgment in favor of a board certified ophthalmologist in a case alleging medical malpractice. The case was appealed by the patient’s attorney. The judgment of the trial court was affirmed by the Alabama Supreme Court.

Thayer were successful in securing a summary judgment for a national manufacturer of climbing products and its retailer in a claim for serious personal injuries.
