Penney Corporation hosted a webinar, Becoming a Master of the Obvious: The Defense of Open and Obvious Condition, to more than 524 CLM participants consisting primarily of retail in-house claims representatives and attorneys.
The defense of open and obvious conditions is one of the most powerful tools used by the premises liability practitioner. The webinar explored the best use of the defense in posturing a case for dispositive motions, as well as presentation to a jury for a favorable verdict.
