News & Accolades

Christian & Small’s Julie M. Ellis, Director of Business Development, collected prom dresses from staff and friends and delivered the dresses to seniors at Greensboro High School.

While the school itself did not suffer damage from the massive tornados, the surrounding neighborhoods were hit hard. Many of the girls lost dresses purchased for their senior prom.

Teach for America’s Caitlin Meehan-Draper helped coordinate the effort and worked with the girls to choose just the right dress and shoes. Caitlin said the girls were thrilled and overwhelmed. One student remarked, “No one has ever done anything like this for us before.”
