This basic-to-intermediate level seminar will review the fundamentals of easements from an attorney’s view to help participants remain up-to-date on the latest practices and regulations. While designed for attorneys, it will also benefit surveyors, engineers, architects, developers, planners, local government officials, and real estate and title insurance professionals.
