This Saturday, Oct. 22, Christian & Small Partner J. Paul Zimmerman and Paralegal Sheryl Riley will support the Birmingham Legal Secretaries Association’s (BLSA) “Super Saturday Seminar.” Birmingham’s Unique Place in Civil Rights Law will be held at the historic 16th Street Baptist Church from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will feature a day of exploring the history of civil rights law, and how the events of 1963 changed the legal landscape, not only here in Birmingham, but across the world.
