She also has significant experience with aviation, commercial transportation, health care, insurance coverage, and liquor liability cases. She has been recognized by the American Board of Trial Advocacy, International Academy of Trial Lawyers, Super Lawyers®, Best Lawyers in America®, Benchmark Litigation, and she currently serves on the Alabama Board of Bar Commissioners for Circuit 10.
Smith has an active post-judgment and appellate litigation practice, is a member of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers and an American Bar Foundation Fellow. The Lawdragon 500 is an annual guide to American’s leading lawyers. Selections are made from a combination of editorial research by Lawdragon staff, submissions from law firms and online nominations.
