  • Prior to attending law school, Lynn Darty worked in the communications industry, where she had roles in community development, broadcasting and public relations. She grew fond of the fast pace, diverse workforce and tight deadlines. This on-the-job training provided Lynn with an invaluable background for her current litigation practice at Christian & Small. She understands the importance of staying calm under pressure and appreciates that every case has its own legal questions and cast of characters.

    Lynn believes that when it comes to client service, the little things can make the biggest impressions on the people you’re serving. Quick responses, resourceful problem-solving and consistent communication are keys to her strong client relationships.

    REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

    • Defended numerous class action, mass joinder and multi-plaintiff lawsuits in which the plaintiffs claimed personal injuries as the result of alleged exposure to minerals in a neutraceutical product.
    • Represented the Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee of a national footwear retailer and successfully litigated fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and professional malpractice claims against its former officers, directors and independent accounting firm.
    • Defended an international pharmaceutical company in a state court lawsuit alleging industry-wide Medicaid pricing fraud and a federal court suit claiming overpayment under the 340B program.
    • Defended an insurance company in multiple class actions alleging fraud and breach of fiduciary duty claims arising out of a 457 deferred compensation plan.
