Charlie Shah has a diverse litigation and business law practice, but he’ll tell you that he most enjoys working with individuals who are just starting a business. He assists these entrepreneurs when they get ready to form their limited liability company or other business entity. He can assist with the acquisition and closing of financing to purchase a business asset. He essentially serves as general counsel for the small business, helping the business achieve both its legal and business goals.
Charlie believes in fostering relationships with firm clients long after the disposition of a case or conclusion of a matter. Nonstop advocacy means not only taking a case from start to finish, but proactively keeping tabs on client interests and helping them further protect and grow their business.
